The website does not constitute an exchange platform, brokerage interface, order book, account dashboard, wallet, custody service, or payment processing service.

Eligibility

Services are available only to persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. By contacting CGMS you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Compliance, sanctions and risk review

Every inquiry is subject to internal risk review before any engagement. CGMS screens counterparties and transactions against applicable international sanctions lists and reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue any request at its sole discretion, without stating a reason. CGMS does not engage with persons or entities subject to sanctions administered by the UN, OFAC, the EU, or other applicable authorities. See also the AML/CFT Policy.

Restricted jurisdictions

CGMS does not offer services to residents of, or persons located in, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, including North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. It is your responsibility to ensure that contacting CGMS is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica.
